Took my sons Volvo in for a repair, car had a dead miss. Was told they could not take motor apart to diagnose and told me it needed a new motor. They advised they were not interested in doing the work if I ordered a motor. Took to a 3rd shop in Decatur for another opinion, he replaced spark plugs and a coil pack. Car runs great at a small fraction of cost. I was almost convinced we needed a $2k motor + $2k in labor. Glad I didn't listen to Floyds. Service: General repairs & maintenance

In for normal oil change and received a call from Floyd’s letting me know rear pads on car needed replaced and informing me that if done wouldn’t have to replace rotors thought that was heads up on there part saving me the cost of rotors .
