Firestone Complete Auto Care

Brought a work vehicle into this location three times and counting. Every time they say it is finished and we return to pick it up, it has horrible sounds coming from the brakes and all the brake lights on the dash on. They lie and say everything is completed and they drove it with no issues. They are taking advantage of a business by charging what they want without actually doing the work. Top notch crew. Everyone is very courteous and knowledgeable. Great service and great tires. The best alignment service in town. I always buy the lifetime alignment due to our lovely Illinois roadways n potholes. I can go back when needed to have alignment checked and realignment if needed at no cost if parts aren't needed. Thanks to all of the crew!!!
