If you own an Audi, Volkswagen, Jaguar or Volvo….AVOID THIS PLACE. Unqualified establishment that will gladly take your vehicle, keep it for months without correspondence and eventually ruin the engine of said vehicle. When owner “Eric” was finally able to be reached directly they will claim no fault, saying a part in the system they were directly working with had failed. After going in circles long enough Eric will proudly admit they have no interest in mediating the problem, and quote “even if they wanted to, which they don’t, we do not have a certified VW mechanic at this time” indicating they were never qualified or able to work on said vehicle in the first place. They will tout they’ve been in business for x amount of years, yet that means nothing in terms of owning up to your mistakes as UNQUALIFIED and INEXPERIENCED. Do not take your car here, they will brick your engine and take no responsibility.

My steering column broke I had it towed to Eurosport. They put in a new steering column I went to pick it up and immediately noticed a few things wrong! First the switch to my lightbar was ripped off my dash ad thrown on the floor! I went to start my truck and the battery was dead! Turns out they left my lights on and drained the battery, no big deal I can always put the switch back on myself. A day later I noticed my PA system wasn't working I looked under the dash and noticed a bunch of cut and exposed wires!! I went and disconnected the wires from the battery to keep me and my vehicle safe. And Got in contact with Eurosport and they offered to fix it for free. I took it in and told them everything I wanted fixed. An hour and a half later I get a call that my trucks fixed. First thing I notice is the switch is in the wrong spot and there is glue residue on my dash. Next thing I notice was my PA system still didn't work after they just told me it worked! I ended up calling and telling
