After another shop closed up for a four day weekend without calling me to cancel my appointment I found these guys on Google. They were able to get me in same day and put my duel exhaust on within a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable and the exhaust sounds great and comes with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Back when this place was Meineke. It was a whole lot better! I have been a customer for over 15 years. However, when the name changed to Derringer and that woman started answering their phones. Business hasn't been the same. She is so rude! One day, she would not let me make an appt. for an oil change following that next week...For the first time ever, I had to go somewhere else. I tried going back due to a brake issue and she told me they couldn't work on my car. (without even taking a look at it). She said they were backed up until next year. I wish the nice gentlemen (I think his name is Mike)? I wish he would answer the phones again. B/c of "Karen" they are losing a lot of business. The mechanics are very nice and trustworthy. I hate that they have to suffer due to this woman. She told me she was the owner. That's even more disappointing.
