I have a Ford Fusion that I have been bringing here for nearly 2 years. The service I have received has always been professional and prompt. It is great to know that I have a car repair center that I can count on to fix any quickly needed repairs. I recommend them to everyone! I just had 4 tires and a wheel alignment and I couldn’t be happier. I dealt with Mike to purchase the tires and he gave me the estimate so I went to check other places to compare prices. They had the same tires but they were cheaper at CarX. I was pleasantly surprised because I always thought that CarX would be more expensive but I was wrong! I am pleased with the level of service and care that was provided at CarX in Skokie on Dempster & Grosspoint.
Mike was very nice, informative and helpful. His concern was for my car and safety, not trying to make a sale. I was extremely pleased with the service, attention to detail, expertise and efficiency. Definitely the best place I could have chosen for brake work on my vehicle. Service: Brakes
