I took the car to get an oil change and they left the gasket open. I was stranded because of the whole oil leaking and then I had to get a rental car the next day. Because of that my car starter stopped working and Cats auto charged me $300 to repair. Also my car broke down a few months back after I took it there for an oil change. I had to get a tow but I didn’t connect the dots that it broke down after taking it to cats. This time I took the car after you fixed and they said the oil was low. That really upset me. I did read that this has happened before. I Service: Oil change

Please do not waste your time here. This place is a total rip off!!! We took our car for quite a few services. They had not done the best work and always have a good x use to over charge for minor details before even consulting me or my husband prior to doing the work. We pick up our and it’s Never been less than $200 and this is not Good business. I will never bring a car back here and will always refer friends and family to other honest mechanics who will do a good job and consult prior to charging

We've been going here for years as our go-to for oil changes. Can't complain about the service much. It's reasonably priced, it's reasonably quick, what's not to like? Also, true to the name, there are actual cats here.
