They are amazing people, going out of their way to make sure us and our car are taken care of, even going back to the store we got the part from and getting them to replace it for us so they can go back to work on it, they are great and will do work with them again

Clearly they deserve ZERO Stars. STOP! RUN! Do not get your car repaired here! Either they intentionally rip off women or they are idiots; either way do not allow them to work on your car! I towed my car to them not knowing exactly what the problem was ( first mistake thinking that they would be honest) and after spending nearly $500.00, in unnecessary repairs, they call me and tell me that there was a crack in the starter. What mechanic would not know this first? I asked them if the car could start, so I can drive it to the mechanic that recently put the starter on the car because, it was under warranty, I was told "yes." I get there to take the car and the car doesn't start. SERIOUSLY?!!! So, I tow the car to the shop that had done the repairs and I was informed that the engine was bad. Are you telling me that SPEEDY was unable to diagnose a locked engine or a cracked starter before doing $500.00 of REPAIRS?!!!! Victors speedway auto care was very professional with great care. We didn't have to wait long and they also ordered a part they didn't have just to get us in. They were so busy but got us in within a timely manner. Will definitely be back! Excellent job guys! Services: Air conditioning, Oil change
