Always friendly customer service. Very good mechanical service.
Went to multiple firestones in rockford and same thing everytime. They tell you one thing is wrong and overcharge only to tell you after that something else is wrong. Then they do a mediocre job doing it. Customer service is horrible if you question them. Not recommend.
I took my car to the firestone location in dubuque iowa.I had new struts installed, the new alignment was off, the new wheel balance was way off, and they got rust all over black lug nuts and didn't wipe it. Luckily the Rockford store on Jefferson fixed everything.
