Some pathetic work done by the mechanic here. Had a engine light on with a code for a specific cylinder misfire and engine shake. Took it here to have the oil changed and the misfire diagnosed and fixed. Three days later my oil is changed and I’m told the issue is gone. Mechanic said the oil change fixed the issue. Yea right, the moment I left the lot the light came on and the issue was still there. He said he drove it for 30 min and had no issues, not sure how that’s possible. I had already paid for the oil change and asked him what he is going to do. He told me to put some fuel injector cleaner in the tank and it will be fixed. Two weeks later I still have the issue and have gone through enough sea foam cleaner for a life time. Just dont go here unless your in need of an oil change. Service: Engine repair

Called to see about scheduling an oil change and having my exhaust vvt replaced. The guy I talked to on the phone was rude and dismissive. I was told they don’t do exhaust work. I told him the vvt is not exhaust work. It’s a solenoid. When I stated this he said “ I know, I’m just not interested.” I hung up. Seeing other reviews, everything makes a lot more sense. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere .

I have gotten an oil change here before and I can attest that the prices cannot be beat. However, in the few times I have tried to get work done after that oil change, I have not been impressed with the customer service. When I call, the person that has answered was not pleasant at all. I stated what was going on with my car and what needed to be looked at and the only response I got back was, "we're booked". There was no offer to schedule further out, no further questions to figure out what is going on with the car to determine how big of a job it would be, and absolutely no pleasantries. I almost thought I called the wrong place because it was the opposite of my first experience. The conversation basically dead-ended and I felt like a burden to even ask if he had availability. If this were a one-time situation, I could understand, but this is the second time I have called to get work done and gotten the same response.
