I had a great experience with Stecher's.. I spoke to Rob, who did a diagnosis test on my 2010 Ford Taurus.. Rob was very professional and very nice to me and my finance'. He explained to us, and showed us what the problem was..I plan on using their service again. ❤

Fantastic shop. Rob at the shop is fantastic. They do amazing work that they stand by. They are very accommodating and work well around your schedule with what you have going on. Don't listen to anyone who complains about the price. Sure, you want to pay $20 less, take your car to Sears and let them ruin it. Stecher's guys do great work and it's worth that little extra to know my wheel isn't going to fly off at 70 miles per hour, or that my transmission's going to drop out in the middle of a long trip I had to make. As long as me and my wife are in Peoria we will continue to take our vehicles to Stecher's Shop when we need work done.

I appreciate their ability to get me in last minute but they charged me $150 for a cylinder 3 ignition coil. Once I googled the cost for this I realized I was charged at least $100 more than I should have been. Shameful to see them taking advantage of people for having a lack of knowledge in this field.
