I'm happy he is a good guy . It's a lot different than dropping your vehicle off at good year take my word for it. There not cheap getting your car or truck worked on isnt cheap anywhere. If u find that place where it is I'm betting u dont go back, we take our stuff here and have for few years, Based on trust. We feel safe goin there

3 stars because I was able to drive my Mercedes home both times I went there. First time, I didn't know what was making noise, and they told me my bearings were bad and probably bad on the other side. I asked well how much for both sides and was given a quote but didn't say it was for only the bad side's work. Second time, I had no power and after 3 WEEKS the problem was a corroded wire. Why did it take so long? Because of having to wait on hold to tech support who guided them to the actual root of the issue. I was patient throughout the whole time I was their customer, but would it hurt to inform me along the way what is being done so I don’t get surprised by the bill?

Not sure who waited on me. After I had to have a jump, I took my vehicle over there for them to check battery. They also checked the alternator. Cost me $68.00. he tells me it's the battery. It went to a 12.6 but then started decreasing quickly in power when they took it off the tester. I told him the battery was fairly new from dealer. If I have to buy a new battery, I'm taking it to the dealer cause they will pro rate it for a new battery. I then go to Toyota who tested it for no fee and tell me the battery was good. It was three years old by the way. Toyota would not pro rate for a new battery because they couldn't find anything wrong with the one I had. I feel Scotts Automotive lied to me about needing a new battery. Trying to make a buck off of a senior female citizen. Very disappointed. Yes, they were nice and friendly but that's not important in my case. Service: Battery
