We will not take our van to any one but Grease Monkey. I admire their honesty and hard work. It's always a fun time hanging with the guys while they figure out our car issues. 200% recommend. Went on for brakes and rotors replacement on Sunday 6/26, three guys working took my information including phone number---that is already in their system from multiple oil changes in the past. I was told a quote would be ready the next day on 6/27, when I called there, the guy said " they're not here today/ that guy that was going to call you isn't here today", and proceeded to tell me I would need to bring in my car a second time to get a quote. Yeah, what? And no.

I've been going here for years, other than the last two I was living out of state and moved back. The Belvidere location staff are very curtious and answer any questions of concern on your vehicle. I will continue to bring my car there for service.
