Went with my daughter to get her car she was happy til she got inside. Smelled and had a lot of cotton wood floater in the car

They are the best body repair shop. My entire bumper was off. The hood of my car was dented up and they fixed it all within 12 days. I if I could, I would give them more than five stars and I would definitely recommend them, if you need a body shop pick CARSTAR. They have my baby looking brand new???? Would not recommend even if you're desperate. If you ask them to call you back for updates, they won't. It took them three days just to look at my car and give me an estimate. They aren't opened on Saturdays which makes them even slower. I think there's a total of two people who actually fix the cars. I live outside of Peoria, and so it was difficult for me to get any information about the status of my car (which my parents use and rely on). They're also incredibly sexist - they (Jack) called me "emotional" and lied about the number of times I called one day to my brother, who was also trying to help by getting updates. I've never experienced blatant sexism from a business before. It also took them two weeks to fix a tire and cosmetics for a bumper - which they winded up apparently scratching so it caused even more delays. Overpriced. Please avoid at all costs.
