I am new to town and Highline is such a welcome find! Jim is attentive, responsive and an excellent communicator. He looked over the issues I presented, offered his recommendations and got to work. Midway through he alerted me to a potential concern regarding a previously installed strut. I stopped by, allowing me to photograph the part and contact the previous (out of state) shop. It was done in less than a day. When I picked up the car, I stepped into the shop to express my appreciation. What caught my attention was how clean the shop was. They must have worked on ten or more cars that day - the lot was all but empty. Impressive to see everything so ship-shape before closing! I've taken all my cars here for years. I can't say enough good things about this place. The owner Jim has always been trustworthy, professional, honest, and super helpful. Once you find a mechanic you can trust life is a little less stressful! I'll never go anywhere else.
