Decided to give this place a shot after seeing the great reviews and being appalled by the dishonesty of so many other car repairmen. I recommend Harry's to everybody! The customer service is fantastic and very friendly, the work is done fast and they definitely know what they're doing, and the prices are very reasonable. Every time I've asked for a price estimate, they were more than happy to break down and explain the estimate they gave me. Very honest people. Ken is a GODSEND. Once you meet him you will already be able to tell that his is a Great and HONEST mechanic. A combination that is rare in my experience. I was considering buying a car from one of the dealership near that area and I didn't want to make any purchases without having the car inspected. I called ken the morning i was going to the dealership and he was nice enough to open up a little time in his busy schedule to inspect the car for me. While he was doing that he gave me some helpful tips and suggestion with buying a car and taking care of one. He also tried to find out if there was a better deal elsewhere so i could use that as a bargaining chip to use on the car salesman. My experience with ken was so good that will I will travel from Chicago to his garage to get my car service. Ken is an incredibly genuine and a pleasent mechanic. He is very thorough and willing to go above and beyond to help without charging you crazy prices that don't make sense. Definitely recommend him 10/10!
