All my local Chicagoland dealerships for my awesome but strange little Fiat are staffed by creeps. Casey Automotive--on the other hand--treats me with straightforward helpfulness. They always remind me they don't have appointments and check to ensure I won't need my car until their estimated pickup. Had a great experience when my seat rail somehow ripped a loose airbag wire prior to a 16 hour road trip. They got the part in overnight (with warning it may not happen) and got me on the way with a full day to spare. Oil changes are a good deal, tire pressure is always on point (unlike the dealerships...). I'm getting my tires replaced by them this month! Prices for me are always market-correct or better. Been taking my car out there from the city ever since I had them work on my car over 10 years ago. Hadn't been there in a couple years because I had free dealership maintenance with my new car. Very pleased that not much had changed. Affordable (substantially less than dealership) and trustworthy. They're busy around the clock for good reason.
