Quick Lane at Napleton Ford of Oak Lawn

Came in for an oil change at my appointment time of 3pm. At 335pm I asked the woman at the desk how much longer it would be. She responded that if I didn't want to wait I could leave dangling my keys in my face, because she did me a favor by fitting me in. If I was told that I when I called for the appointment, I would have expected to wait longer than usual! I then asked again How long it would be because I had another appointment after this oil change. She then proceeded to tell me AGAIN that I could just leave. I told her that she was being rude and dismissive towards me and then asked her for her name, she blatantly refused to give me her name like I wouldn't eventually find out! She continued to mumble under her breath and was eyeballing me profusely... I walked out and asked to speak to a manager. I then explained to the manager the situation that had occurred. He agreed hat she should have not spoken to me Or any customers that way and that he would resolve it. 15 minutes l

Got in and out, they kept my vehicle for a week. And now I'm having a problem with the same system I took it in for. It's still under warranty, but I must find the time to take it back!
