They were very thoughtful and kept us up to date while they were waiting on parts for our vehicle. There customer service is top notch, and even though the actually couldn’t fix our vehicle due to a part that they couldn’t get,(through no fault of their own) I will recommend them to anyone!!!!!
I would never Recommend this auto body shop to anyone they had my car for one month before they finally told me that my car was totaled but it wasn't until I called them requesting information as to what was taking so long then they determined that the car was totalled. They should have known within a couple of days of having my car that it was totalled.
Ripples Auto Body does a good job, and has good customer service. They always kept us up to date on the status of repairs. I would highly recommend them. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
