Took my car in for an oil change, this was my first time here but the Pit shop came highly recommended from my family and a few friends and I can see why! Fast, friendly, professional service. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Also the price of my full synthetic oil change was about $40 cheaper than EVERY other place I had called. Plus they give you FREE COOKIES!!! Very honest and direct in communicating what my vehicle needed without being pushy at all. Did the work we requested and gave tips and advice for future care of our vehicle. I am traveling for vacation on a RAV4 2014. The maintenance light turned on so I made an appointment here with a friend's recommendation and must say, that customer service was top notch from the get go. From the moment I stepped into the front desk, the gentleman was professional and helpful. I got to the waiting area, which is clean, and got offered coffee and bottled water. Truly nice. The actual oil change was quick. They also checked for any other issues for free, and told me of what other checkups I should be aware of. Very helpful! Highly recommend the place!
