This place used to be great and have good service. Latley they want nothing to do with us. They just fixed our car, yet it still has the same problems that we went in with. Told us the car was safe to drive. I almost got into 2 accidents with this so called safe care. It took 3 months before they finaly let us bring the car in, because they are so super busy. When I went back and talked to the one guy working their. Told him the problem, all I got was I'm busy, I'm busy. You just worked on a car and said it was safe. You can't even take a few minutes to look at the car and see what's wrong or if you already know you can't be honest with us. We're looking for another place to go. A Top should be lucky we didn't get into a bad wreck! So sad this place used be 10 Stars and now its not even one. Remember "He's not here" even though you can hear him in the back round. "They are so busy, so busy" Don't care about long time customers or just hate us to the point of lieing about the Car being

I showed up at 1pm on a Saturday; and no other shop even the dealership can figure what was the problem .They run a diagnostic and they find out the main issue: engine harness has a cut and rusty wires and electric ⚡️ short. They don’t over charge for that, even on Saturday afternoon. Outstanding customer service. Very professional team. Thanks A-Top. ????????????????????
