Went to get an oil change and they didn’t top off my windshield washer fluid until I told them nor did they check my tire pressure and my light had been on. How am I so sure all the other steps were taken? I paid $90 for the better oil hope they used the better oil. They shouldn’t cut corners when they are being paid for a full service oil change Service: Oil change
Diego was very helpful as I didn’t know any place or people in the area. He referred me to a Tow truck company to bring my daughter’s car to the shop. He was very diligent by waiting for us as we got there after hours. I don’t know what I would have done without his help. The car was fixed the following Monday and he was very honest by telling me that it was only a cable and not the alternator as I suspected. I highly recommend Velasquez Auto shop.
