Had parts brought in & still head me out by 10AM (free tire rotation). Could have gouged my credit card. But no! Rates were reasonable! That's why I keep going back (& great free coffee!)

Josh (store manager) is awesome. Hey, I don't write reviews but I'm making an exception. In a world where customer service and quality is declining, or evaporating completely, this guy and his store were impressive. The shop solved multiple mechanical problems and the repair cost about a 1/3 of what a dealership wanted (btw, the dealership told me it'd be a week and half before they could get to me.) Not only did Josh give me great service and a really fair price for the work, but I got to see him deal with other customers while my car was getting worked on. This is the kind of service that made our country great, and as an older guy now, I'm so pleased to see it still exists. Customer service. Integrity. Great communication. Great prices.
