I got my son’s car fixed here few days ago. Ms. Slim was very accommodating, she and the other worker thoroughly checked the car and explained everything to us- - in details . During the process she had to contact the insurance company for update of the cost of the repair. The car was fixed in a smooth and timely manner. I was extremely satisfied with their service from the 1st day until they released the car. I highly recommend First Performance!

That very day Jeremy took my case, contacted my insurance, and made arrangements to schedule my car for repair the following week. When I met with Brandon he walked me through the process, reviewed the damage to the vehicle and explained what I could expect. Following a week of repair work I picked up the vehicle and was impressed. Not only did they do an immaculate job for repair, they buffed the entire vehicle, fine detailed the inside and cleaned all of the glass. More than impressive!
