Awesome service. Every time I come here. I will never bring my car to a dealership again after the service I received today.
Came in for new tires but an inspection revealed the need for new front shocks and struts, and radiator replacement for my old car. The communication was great about my options, cost and repair time. I even got a video text from my service advisor, Jerry, of the radiator leak when they got under the car which I really appreciated. The car rides like new again thanks to their good work. Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement
The front of my muffler fell while driving Thursday morning. Midas said I could bring the car over right away. Part was ordered but wouldn’t be there until after 1:00 on Friday. They would call when it was ready. I received a call at 1:01. Polite and friendly encounters with the team. Great job, Midas!
