I brought my Lexus in after hearing the brakes grind and noticing that I couldn’t accelerate over 40 MPH. The owner was nice enough to meet me 30 minutes prior to opening, because I did have to go to work. I was constantly updated throughout the few days my car was in the shop, and they ended up catching things that needed to be repaired that would’ve ended up costing me several hundred, if not thousands of dollars down the line. Rachel was so wonderful to me, and had the BEST customer service skills, she understood my situation, and really helped me a lot.
