It is always a pleasure going to EGM for any mechanical car maintenance. They are honest and have reasonable prices. I’ve recommended them to many friends and family. The last time I was coming to pick up my car it was about to start storming. They knew I was on my way and had everything ready and got me in and out in 2 minutes so I would be in my car before the rain started. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Battery, Oil change

As a first time customer I was very impressed. I was having an issue with tire pressure and made an appointment as I live a few miles away from EGM. They were very helpful in explaining what might be the issue and how they would approach things. It was determined that a tire replacement was best and then we told me about different kind of tires and made a recommendation for a brand which was not the most expensive but the best for my card. Just got some new rotors installed and break pads. I had gone to 2 other shops and nobody could figure out the issue and one shop even made up an issue to try and make some money off me. I did bring it to one mechanic before this who said it might be my rotors but I had basically but the words in the dudes mouth. They quickly took my car and diagnosed the issue plus any other issues with the car and didn’t even charge a fee. I didn’t have a ride back and was trying to order a Lyft but they actually drove me home! They called me back a few hours later and came and picked me up which I thought was such a bonus and gave me the run down. I was able to chose which repairs I wanted done first and was educated on which one was the most serious and needed to be fixed first. I brought my car in for repairs two days later and my car was fixed a few hours later. They had also picked me up when they were done with repairs. The car is driving better then it has in the longest time. I am so happy to
