Denny and Sue provide excellent customer service. Denny's prices are fair, he performs no work that does not need to be done, and his technicians are top notch. Though I do not live anywhere near Des Plains, I do bring my car there for service. The peace of mind and quality of work are well worth the drive.
Dennis is A#1 as a mechanic, and as a friend and manager, who REALLY knows his stuff in business and cars problems. No one else do I trust my car with for the last 3 decades plus.
Have been going to this place for years. I just found out Dennis recently passed away. He will be sincerely missed! He was the straightest most honest up front person you would ever meet and I will miss his comments and conversations at the shop. He always made your day better when you had to pay for a repair that’s for sure. His mechanics have been with him for a long time and I have no doubt they will keep the work/standards high!
