Fantastic customer service along with excellent quality in the job they performed. Dave was was extremely pleasant to work with and it was obvious he knew his auto body stuff ! He explained what needed to be done to remove the large scratches from my car and provided me an estimate accordingly. I took the car to another shop that gave me an estimate more than triple what Dave provided. That is a testament to Carnica’s trustworthiness and fairness. The finished results were great and completed as per the estimate (less than a day). Thank you to Carnica and Dave for making a process that I didn’t look forward to so easy. Would highly recommend. The people was so nice. Joe and Kevin said they would have car ready and they did. Needed a ride home and Joe had a very nice man drive me home. I would say need work done go see them. Thank you.guys great work.

This is just an amazing incredible place all around. I'm so impressed with their work. It was so much less inexpensive than other places' quotes and the work looks top notch. David helped me, and he was just fantastic! He carefully explained what work needed to be done, and gave the best options. I never felt pressure to do any work I did not need. (BTW, I had my bumper repainted, and a quarter panel repainted) Service: Paint repair
