Valvoline Instant Oil Change

First time here and I loved it. The entire crew was amazing and made me smile! I loved Kaytlyn and Michael. They did an excellent job and had amazing customer service. Normally I've had great service, until a couple weeks ago. I had a headlight bulb out. Did a quick stop in for help. He took out the bulb and then instead of being honest and telling me that my car has too complicated system, he lied and told me the bulb was fine but my wiring was bad and they didn't do wiring. So now I think I have a really expensive problem when it was just a lack of skill problem. He even left the bulb rolling around in the engine instead of handing it to me. I would have understood if he just said, this headlight system is too complicated - other places did. Why did he need to lie?
