My previous review was premature of my entire situation. I bought a vehicle that I loved about a month ago, worked with Alberto who is absolutely great, but proceeded to have check engine light issues. Within a week I had been to the dealership twice to get a code cleared and within 2 weeks I lost the vehicle to repairs for 4 days. Check engine light came on 2 days later for me to then lose it to repairs again for 2 more days. Repeat the situation for another day the following week. Service department was great and were fixing all issues without money out of my pocket giving me a loaner car each time but there was surely an underlying issue not getting fixed. I proceeded at this point to talk to the sales team to see about reversing the deal since I had been coming in 2-3 times each week with the used vehicle they sold me. I'm completely shocked! I was greeted warmly and professionally. I had the worst experience in other dealerships. I came here and left with an amazing deal and a great car!!!
