If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would. I called and set an appointment date for a specific job to be done and was told that they won't warrant their work if I bring in my own parts, so i sent my parts back and booked my appointment. The next time I heard from them they were calling me to try and sell me on a much bigger job than what I needed done and when I wanted proof of that needing to be done they decided that they couldn't help me anymore. I wouldn't trust this place with my car. If you can take it somewhere else do it. You can't trust people who try to sell you on bigger jobs without even seeing your car. Reply to answer I didn't ask you for a diagnostic as I've already had it done. I asked you to replace a flex disk and center support bearing, and you tried to sell me on a replacement driveshaft. I explained that I knew what needed to be done, and then you decided you wanted to do a diagnostic first when I don't need one. I am a mechanic myself. I just didn't f

3 wks ago we made an appointment to have specific work done. We had the pieces but they wouldn't use them. We returned our parts. 3 days before we were to drop the car off, John calls to say that they hardly ever see a car that they just don't replace the drive shaft and tried very hard to sell us services without seeing the car. When we called the day before our appointment to check to see if the very specific parts had arrived? They said it was just coming in for diagnostic appointment( never once were we told it was just for diagnostic) and they would order the parts after that. We question why they didn't have the parts, the guy on the phone said it was the much bigger job or nothing. We asked to have proof that the much more expensive job was what we really needed. Once they go to check out a problem that isn't there, they will of had to remove the pieces we need replaced and the diagnostic test would force those parts to be replaced any way.
