Speed Lube Oil Change Shop

Great Group of guys they know what there doing and know my vehicle. Saved my bacon a couple months back with a leaking oil hose. I could've blowed my engine. Highly recommend Speed Lube on Oakland.

I went into this facility on 1/28/2023 to get an oil change and a chassis lube. I specifically told the attendant to make sure they hit all the grease fittings because every time I get my oil change they charge me for it, but don't do it. As I was paying for my bill, the attendant said the grease fitting on one of the lower tie rods was broken off. I pulled out of the bay and went across the street to the Autozone parking lot to see if they actually had greased it. They only hit the top left and right ball joints and nothing else. They broke off the grease fitting trying to get the grease gun on. None of the grease fittings was cleaned off before they attempted to attach the grease gun. As a aircraft mechanic and an quality engineer, I think the next time I need to make a decision of how to handle other peoples aircraft, I will call these people and ask them how they would proceed with the issue at hand because they are professionals. The white male Cashier CFM3 and MGR Check CFM3 did not give me his full name Cam Myers. His work clothes had CAM on them on 12/13/22. Previous manager and cashier 11/23/21 was a black male.
