Firestone Complete Auto Care

Took my car here for an oil and filter change and got charged $155.83. I paid less when I had it done at the BMW dealership in Springfield, and there they washed my car and gave me free coffee and snacks, as well as giving me a report on how all the systems in my car are going, none of which happened at Firestone. The charge at Firestone was so high because they charged me $91.99 for 5 quarts of Penzoil 5W30 platinum synthetic oil, which can be bought for around $25 at Walmart and lots of other places. They also charged me $32.68 for an additional 1.9 quarts, though Walmart sells 1 quart bottles for about $7. They didn't have the oil in stock when I took my car there (even though I made an appointment online two days in advance), so I had to wait while somebody went out and bought the oil -- for about $86 less than they charged me for it! I called the shop about this and talked to John, who said the price is set by Firestone and there's nothing he can do about it. I won't be going back

Had tires purchased online installed. They were done over lunch hour at half cost of anyone else I called.

TYRONE is the guy you want to look at your vehicle. He truly cares about the customer. He definitely cares about the finished product and everybody's safety.
