I have a Husqvarna lawn tractor the stater stopped engaging and it’s still under warranty so I chose them because they were the closest authorized repair center, well never again! I dropped my lawn tractor off waited a few weeks then called to check progress since I had not heard any thing from them. They had not even touched it yet, mind you when I called to set up a time to drop it off I was told lead time was about a week! A week! Joke was on me after another call a week later I was told I was next on the list when their full time tech got back from being out a week with Covid-19, ok I’ll give them that even said a prayer for the guy hoping he would be fine. Then I called back a few days later per the manager’s suggestion, once the tech was back in, and I was told there were 2 more ahead of me? Let’s get our story straight please.
