As a first-time customer, I was very pleased with Alpha Auto. They expertly diagnosed a fixed a wheel issue that my 4x4 truck had. They were skilled, knowledgable, friendly, and their rates were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning, and already have a routine maintenance appointment scheduled for my recently lifted Tacoma.

Came here for a pre-purchase inspection for a used car since it was a reasonably high-rated mechanic within a short drive of the dealer. The manager, Rob, and office manager, Lisa, were both incredibly friendly and personable. I didn’t notice any problems with the car driving it there, but I’m by no means a car expert and hadn’t driven in a long time, living in Chicago for several years. It seemed clean, and free of noticeable exterior damage to my untrained eyes. Upon test driving, Rob immediately noticed a concerning sound when he took his foot off the gas, the first red flag. He then did the inspection, which took less time than he estimated. He told me that the car seemed like it had not been well-maintained mechanically at all, and would pretty immediately need new brakes, struts, and several other repairs. I had a problem with my car and I went in so they can check my car out to see what the problem was. I was so happy to find out that they worked with my current insurance car shield, I have an old car but it’s under warranty with them and I was so happy to find out that they worked with my insurance He promised my car by Thursday I had it done by Wednesday afternoon.
