Bought a used tire for $45 plus a $10 tip and just drive the car home and now I have a flat! Haven’t even driven the car any where else. So now I Am screwed and O called the shop to ask What I can do. The lady on the phone gave me the whole political speech. That ended in if you want we can fix it. That of course will cost me money. They didn’t tell me I didn’t have warranty when they took my money! Horrible service. And the lady got mad when I said I prefer to spend my money somewhere else! Rude! I don’t even Live in Cicero! I only went back because the first time I had a good experience. I also paid $45 plus a $10 tip! And returned. But after this experience I will go pay $45 + $10tip somewhere else. If you are looking for a Great ???? customer service I highly recommended Juarez Village Tire Shop! The prices are resonable and they are fast ???? and super friendly, and customer friendly!

They redid the front end of my truck. He let me get my own parts. I saved $500 over autozone. I dropped the truck off with the parts it was done exactly when he said it would be. The price was completely fair. I've used them before and wouldn't think of taking my truck anywhere else. Everybody there is polite and professional.

This place is a rare and dying breed— a mechanic you can trust who offers excellent service quickly. I was broken down on 290 and his tow guys got to me three times faster than AAA or the dealer tow. They have worked on two of our cars and always offer thorough diagnoses— without being condescending- and they are honest and reasonable. And quick!! They will talk you through a problem even if you don’t use them for your service. I can’t recommend them more strongly. Thanks Junior, again!
