I'm from out of town and needed some diagnosis of a weird loud noise that started after I drove 8 hours here. Jose was prompt, professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and tried several things to get to the bottom of the issue. Turns out I was driving on no oil! He got that taken cared of right away and even went out of his way to continue to give advice on vehicle maintenance and understanding the other noises coming from the car (it's a pretty old car).
