They updated me throughout the way, was super friendly and super helpful, explained things to me in ways I can understand and just overall, such a great presence from everyone that works there. I feel like with car terms and insurance claims and accident reports, etc, things can get really complicated but they made me feel reassured that nothing was going to go over my head. Also, with quality of work, I give a 10/10. My car looked brand new and they tried to add little things they can fix as well. Just a genuinely helpful group of people. I had an amazing experience with Royal Automotive. My car was stolen and there was physical damage to the front end of the car. My account manager Su was extremely patient with my schedule and informed me of the best times where I could bring my car in to have it completed as quickly as possible. Also, Royal Automotive discovered this noise that was happening in my car. I was told from another shop that it was my shocks and struts and it would cost over $800 to fix. Royal Automotive said no that was not the cause of the noise and it had to do with the emergency brake and pieces of metal rattling. They saved me the $800 of not having my shocks and struts replaced at a dishonest mechanic. When my car was returned on, and I feel so much more comfortable, and they saved me a boatload of money! One of the best thing she did was that she knew I was having to pay for a rental car out of pocket, and when she heard that I was going out of the she suggested that I dropped my car off then so I w
