This shop has been amazing from the start. I came in with a braking problem that Mazda service department couldn’t figure out. John took his time in explaining what the problem might/could be and taking his time to make sure the problem is resolved. His customer service made me want to use them- he sent pictures and videos of my car parts throughout the evaluation so I didn’t have to wait at the shop and spent selfless time to help educate me.
