They are very good. Straight up front with prices and work going to be performed on your vehicle. I was stranded there in Chicago for a week without money to get my car back. They worked with me so could get my car back. Best experience ever working with a auto shop. Most just keep adding on bout Halsted didnt! Never charged storage fees for me. Pull in and they take care of you. Really easy and convenient. It's clean. It's all carports. Not a full real shop like you might expect. Good for a quick oil change, windshield wiper replacement, or tire plug.
