I'm glad everyone here has had a nice experience. I can't say the same for myself. When I pulled up to the shop I talked to one of the workers there, and I told him about the issues with my car. he was being pretty dismissive and not giving me clear answers and it was starting to irk me. He was condescending and not straightforward. I told him that was that was BS. Admittedly I probably shouldn't have said that, but I didn't say it aggressively nor did I say anything more after that , especially not as bad as what this man had to tell me. He proceeded to tell me to go f myself and to get the f out of his shop. So I did and as I was pulling out of the shop parking lot, the owner comes up to me and tries to mend the situation. He tells me exactly what's wrong with my car. That's all I wanted, was a straightforward answer or at least some level of concern. He was very nice and I can surely say that if I had dealt with him from the beginning I would have given this shop a great review and

Service was bad all around went to balance my 2 front tires the gentleman who helped me said both rims were bent which they weren't. Long story short wheel weight's fell off the on expressway weren't properly mounted correctly. Never again should've have waited for Sam so the work to be done correctly. Wish I could get my money back
