Carrectly Auto Care

Carrectly did regular maintenance and an inspection on my car which helped sell it for $3k above what the dealer was asking. I was looking for an auto shop nearby and saw that Carrectly had a packaged Groupon deal. They were friendly and polite over the phone and in person. They picked up my car in downtown Chicago about 40 min past the 1-2pm pick up time, which was understandable since it was downtown and near the holidays. They kept it overnight and called me to give an update. They dropped off the car and I was pleased by how it looked, but noticed that the inspection report was incomplete and I needed it to show to potential buyers. I called them about my concerns, asking them to at least fill out the form properly. They picked up the car again to make sure they did everything thoroughly and brought it back again the next day. They were courteous and made things right though I would have preferred spending less time over something that should have been simple and straightforward.

Purchased exterior detailing from their website. Diana was able to get me in the next day, where they picked my car up at 10am from my work and dropped it back by 5pm, right in time for me to drive back home after work. Car came back perfectly shining again. Was extremely satisfied with the quality of work, ease of communication, and convenient concierge pick up/drop off of car. My biggest challenge was finding a shop with good reviews, and the concierge service is what made this place stand out amongst the rest. It was most suitable for my busy schedule. Carrectly is amazing!! 10 stars! I used them to repair a tire leak, for an oil change and a detail car wash recently and was beyond impressed with the entirety of my experience with them! I was able to get an appointment through their website for the following day, and Kevin picked my car up at my condo and dropped it back off when finished— how awesome is that!? I didn’t even recognize my car when it returned because the detail wash was phenomenal — Honestly way way way better than the one from the dealership 2 months ago and for 1/4 of the cost! In addition to working with Kevin, I received routine check ins and updates from Aly and Oliver via text as well. All 3 of them were extremely personable, informative and helpful, and at no time did they try to sell me on other things that my car allegedly needed like many other auto places typically do.
