Caliber Collision

I took my Car to Caliber Collision 318 S Morgan heart of DOWNTOWN Chicago. My experience was great, I had a small issue, but when I bought it to the Area Manager. Tomas B, he was so understanding, compassionate, down to earth and expediting. Tomas treat me like family and like he understands what customers service should be. I would recommend their services at at the shop. Even if a issues comes about Management will take care of you. Service: Body & Trim

Talk about rude. As soon as we walked in to inquire about a cosmetic repair after an accident. A guy with a green shirt which I’m going to assume is the manager asked us if we had an appointment, we responded with a “no” he proceeded to say “follow me”, led us outside and told us take a picture of the qr code on the door and we would receive an estimate in 24 hrs. Then he just walked back inside and let the door shut in our face. What an awful way to leave easy money on the table. I’ve used caliber in the south loop in the past, so i wanted to try this location, but never again.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job on my crashed up car and I would definitely go back there for future work. They did a great job matching up the paint on my older car and you can't tell that my car was in an accident. Thanks Caliber Collision.
