Caliber Collision

I’ve not ever excited when I have car body damage; however, when I do, I’ll go to this Caliber Collision. Being on the south side, this location is convenient. I’ve now been to this location twice in 5 years. This time it was a mix of insured work and out-of-pocket work. Chris did good estimates that were not exceeded. The estimate for the work I was paying for direct was reasonable compared to other places. Their schedule to do the work was even better. They got me in nearly immediately and got done in a reasonable time. My car was ready as promised! I was so happy to have my car back. Having the Enterprise in the same building was definitely convenient. I hope to not have to do this again anytime soon but if I have to, I’m going back to this Caliber Collision. I came in to get my car repaired after the converter was stolen. Given the supply chain I was told up from the potential time it would take to get these parts. Once I made that decision, parts were ordered immediately and helped cut my wait time by months! The process was smooth, the work on my car was done well. Customer service was solid, and Chris was great. I got answers to addtioanal questions I had on car security. Unfortunatley, because theft is such a big issue in Chicago, your car and parts need to be in and out as soon as possible. So, they try to respectfully rush you through, but they are thorough.
