Before a road trip I brought my car to get checked and repaired if needed. They gave a review of my car and I paid $900 to fix anything that might cause a problem. During the road trip my car blew up and became unusable.

I like this pepboys shop, they are all very skilled and very professional. The Store manager is very knowledgeable, the staff is very patient and proficient. I’d definitely recommend this shop to everyone, stop by and see for yourself what a great bunch of guys they are…

Avoid this place unless you want damages to your vehicles. Came in the store for bottom left side car’s tire changed . When i picked up the car,both of my left side tires rim were messed up .they used the wrong size tool and tear up the bolts. Contacted store manager for detail on the following Monday . Store manager goes against his own word that he would look it and call me back that day . Tuesday came, I contacted store manager again he responded with say he doesn’t have time to look at it and contact me some other days.when I asked which day he would call back , he can’t give me answer. I offered to go there and watch the video with him since it would take less than 5 minutes with a fast forward button. Exact word for word from the store manager was “Buddy I am not paying for your tire since you did not give me enough time “ keep in mind I never once asked for money back I just want them to fix my rims that they mess up .
