I have had such a horrible experience with this business. I am truly aggravated and annoyed. I unfortunately had to have a unexpected surgery a week after I got an oil change at this establishment, which was totally out of my control. So whoever changed my oil did not attach the skid plate correctly and therefore when I had to go to my follow up appointment that I scheduled a month in advance, my skid plate fell off on my way to Springfield. I had to take time off from work and carve out time specifically in my schedule to go, but because of the fact that they were incompetent to attach my skid plate correctly I missed my appointment and therefore I had to call my insurance and obtain a towing truck because I did not feel safe driving my vehicle back home or to the appointment. This has caused a massive inconvenience in my life and now I don’t even know where I stand healthwise and on top of that I have to go back tomorrow morning to get the skid plate attached.
