I was referred to Service King through my insurance company. They advertise that they will make your car perfect. They were very efficient and responsive when I had a minor accident that required a whole new lift gate. After a few months, the new lift gate began to stick & wouldn’t open properly. I contacted Service King, and they immediately had me come in, and quickly took care of the problem. They guarantee their repair for as long as you own the vehicle, and I have found them to be very friendly and helpful when I needed to go back for an adjustment. From Alex at the front desk to John Carmody, the service advisor, and the technician who worked on my car, I’ve experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness. I would have no problem referring them to someone else.
