I have used this business for approximately six years for service on my 2012 jeep liberty and my 2015 Kia Sorrento. I have always received excellent service from all of the service techs and the manager. They know me by name and they take the time to explain things to me as needed. I would not even consider taking my vehicles to any other shop other than this one. Xavier is the exemplified example of what customer service is. He is extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to share his knowledge as needed. Jacob one of the service text who recently worked on my vehicle is just as knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions about my vehicle. I have absolutely zero complaints about this company or the work that they do. It is always quality work with a well explained definition of what needed to be done, and what the cost is. If I could give this company a 10 star rating, they would get one.

I've gone to this location a couple times now for routine oil changes and I was impressed both times! They started right on time so I didn't have to wait, and they were able to fix an issue I was having. The staff are helpful and nice. I did have some trouble getting an appointment online the second time, the request never got approved/rejected, but when I called they got me scheduled without a problem. Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They never charged me on simply fixes, things that take just short-time labor. Would definitely recommend.
