Had an appointment for some warranty work. They scheduled it asked me If I needed a rental I told them yes. Came in the morning of my appointment only to be told we don't have a car for you nor can we get one. Wasted 2 hours of my day driving for nothing..

Excellent service! The issue I had was a gash in the tailgate of my 2015 F-150. The people were helpful, polite, and professional. Throughout the process, I was kept informed. Doing a repair instead of a replacement saved a significant amount of money. The job was done to perfection! I cannot detect where the damage was. I had my car repaired here a while ago and I had to go back twice. Once because my door wouldn’t lock anymore. Went back and they re-attached something that that had forgot to do. Second was when the sun hit the area they repaired, you could tell how streaky it was. They said they would rebuff that area but couldn’t do it then so to come back. Went back and again they were busy. I pretty much said forget it. Now my daughter is having trouble with getting her car repaired. After 6 months of going back and forth we are choosing to go somewhere else. Good luck dealing with them. Service: Body & Trim
