I am a student and had apretty good idea what needed to be done to my car. After CarX told me what it was I price matched with other places, they were trying to charge double to triple for a part I could easily get, oem or other wise. When I went to pick up my car, I asked about the storage fee and what the stipulations for that were. Rather than telling me that the charge was because the car was there overnight, the employee told me I never called them back yesterday. I did call, and I even told him the name of the employee and the time. After that he informed me that it didnt matter anyways because the car was there over night. Makes me wonder about why he decided to scold me for not calling back. I can’t speak for the other employees but the guy at the desk was rude. I would have a appreciated a simple “the charge is for the car being here overnight.”

Had a vehicle towed in. Christina was terrific and had the mechanic look at our vehicle the same day.
