How bad does it suck when 87 year old father in law takes his car in on your recommendation and they treat him like he is 87. Nicest man in the world. Took car in, replaced thermostat. It was leaking after the repair. He brought it back in. Now the housing (which they took off to replace the thermostat) is now cracked. They were going to take him for another $380. So he waited two weeks to get it in to Reber and Foley (they are always backed up). Yes the housing was cracked and... and now the thermostat was faulty. Now my father in law is a very moral and ethical man. He called and asked if he could get a refund. He had the faulty thermostat in his hands. He was told, no longer their problem, call NAPA. Gave him a 1-800 number. That's who sold them the thermostats.

I booked an appointment at dealership for a oil change huge mistake! I arrived they said my car would be ready in two and a half hrs. Even with an appointment! I was like no thanks taking my business elsewhere! Hello Bartel’s Auto Clinic! I was in an out within 45min . I will definitely be coming back here! Thanks for not wasting my only day off to run errands….. Also my oil change was only 55.00 dealership was charging 120.00 nothing different for same type of oil!

Brakes needed repairing immediately. The dealership of Gerald Nissan couldn't get me in for a week. My friend recommended Bartels and they were able to get me in and fix brakes the same day. A Saturday at that! Sent me videos before doing any work. Cost half as much as it would at Gerald Nissan. Highly recommend.
